Can I rent a car self-drive?
Yes. General requirements: valid ID & driver's license, age ≥21, clear domicile. Quick verification; deposit/guarantee may be requested based on risk assessment.
How long is the verification process?
On average 5-10 minutes after complete documents are sent to admin.
When can the vehicle be delivered after booking?
Generally 30-60 minutes depending on availability. Early booking recommended during peak hours.
Can I make a same-day booking?
Yes, as long as a unit is available. Contact admin for quick confirmation.
Payment & Pricing
What payment methods are available?
Bank transfer & QRIS. Down payment to secure the schedule; full payment on handover or as agreed.
Do you provide corporate invoices?
Yes. We support PO, e-invoices, and corporate administrative needs.
Duration & Packages
What rental duration packages are available?
Generally 12 hours and 24 hours. Weekly/monthly rentals are also available for long-term needs.
What is included in the with-driver package?
Driver service is included. Fuel/toll/parking are borne by the renter unless choosing an all-in package.
Can I use the car for out-of-town trips?
Yes. Please inform the destination for cost calculation and unit availability.
Insurance & Policy
Is the car insured?
Yes, all units include basic insurance. Additional coverage is available upon request.
Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?
Yes, subject to terms & conditions. Last-minute cancellations may incur fees per policy.
