Rental policies

Standard terms for direct fleet operator. Binding details after admin confirmation on WhatsApp.

Document verification
  • Sky White admin contacts you on WhatsApp (usually 1-2 days before the rental date, or sooner after your request) to request verification documents.
  • Documents to share (clear photos, valid, matching the booker’s name):
  • - ID: valid e-KTP or passport.
  • - Driving licence: active Indonesian SIM A; non-Indonesian residents need a valid International Driving Permit (plus passport if required).
  • Send documents within 24 hours after admin contacts you. Delays may postpone pickup or rescheduling.
  • Verification result (pass/fail) is communicated on WhatsApp. If requirements are not met, the booking may be cancelled; payment/deposit terms follow chat agreement, not automatic third-party platform rules.
  • Documents are used only for rental verification and are not shared externally without consent, unless required by law.
  • Forged or manipulated documents void the booking with no rental claim.
Deposit
  • A deposit or guarantee may be required depending on unit type, rental length, and renter profile. Amount and form (cash/transfer) are confirmed by admin on WhatsApp, not automatically on the website.
  • Some units or profiles may be approved without upfront deposit after verification; this is not guaranteed for every booking.
  • Deposit refund (if any) follows admin agreement after the unit is returned and fuel/condition match the initial handover.
On pickup day
  • Sky White admin or driver contacts you on WhatsApp before pickup. A quick reply helps coordinate the meeting point.
  • Pickup and return locations are agreed directly with admin (home, office, airport, toll road, etc.). Changes outside the original agreement may incur extra fees explained before departure.
  • Renter and Sky White staff inspect exterior/interior together before the rental period (photos of condition & odometer recommended).
  • Admin explains the correct fuel type for the unit (see specifications on this page).
  • Bring your original valid e-KTP or passport.
  • For self-drive: show active SIM A or valid International Driving Permit (non-Indonesian residents).
Vehicle type
  • If the confirmed unit is unavailable on your dates, admin may offer an equivalent substitute or upgrade at no extra charge within the agreed category. Final decision is on WhatsApp.
  • Respect passenger and luggage limits for the booked vehicle type.
  • Sky White may refuse or cancel rental if load exceeds safe capacity or the car is used for commercial goods without written agreement.
  • Specific colour, exact model year, odd/even plate, or fuel type cannot be guaranteed. Units are assigned from available fleet matching your booking category.
Rental duration
  • One rental day = use up to 24 hours per calendar day (typically 00:00-23:59) unless otherwise agreed in admin confirmation.
  • Use beyond agreed hours may incur overtime charges. Details (per hour or full day) are discussed before or at booking confirmation, not automatic from the website.
Fuel
  • Use the fuel type recommended for the unit. Extra charges may apply if wrong fuel is used (e.g. diesel in a petrol engine).
  • Self-drive: return the car with the same fuel level as at pickup. Shortfall at return may be billed per admin agreement.
  • With driver package: fuel is usually paid by the renter unless stated otherwise in confirmation chat.
Service area
  • Primary use in Greater Jakarta (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi) and corridors agreed at booking.
  • Trips outside the zone (e.g. to Bandung or other cities) must be confirmed with admin first via WhatsApp 0812-2000-3546.
  • Use beyond agreed limits without permission may incur extra fees; payment is direct to Sky White as agreed.
Usage restrictions
  • No smoking, strong-smelling goods, or hazardous materials (explosives, dangerous chemicals, narcotics, etc.) inside the vehicle.
  • Pets are not allowed unless agreed otherwise with admin.
  • Service must not be used for criminal or illegal activity.
  • Policy violations are the renter’s full responsibility.
  • Sub-leasing, re-renting, or pledging the vehicle to others is prohibited.
  • No driving under alcohol/illegal drugs, wrong-way driving, restricted lanes, or dangerous areas without permission.
  • Sky White may repossess the unit if used for racing, legal violations, or purposes outside the agreed rental.
Insurance & accidents
  • Contact Sky White admin immediately if an accident or damage occurs.
  • Repair costs, excess, or loss follow rental agreement and policy (if any) explained by admin. Specific amounts are not on the website and must be confirmed before payment.
  • Third-party accidents are handled per vehicle insurance and applicable law; the renter must cooperate with incident reports.
  • Disputes not resolved amicably follow applicable law in Indonesia.
Other charges
  • Renter pays parking, tolls, traffic fines (including ETLE) during the rental unless agreed otherwise for specific packages.
  • Driver tips, out-of-town meal allowances, and special-area fees are not included in the base package unless stated in WhatsApp confirmation.
Special requests
  • Child seats, GPS, or other needs. Note them in the rental form or WhatsApp admin 0812-2000-3546.
  • Availability and extra fees are confirmed by admin; not all requests can be met on the same date.
  • Changes or cancellation when a special request cannot be met follow admin agreement (usually more flexible if pickup is still far away).
Return procedure
  • Arrive on time at the agreed return point.
  • Fees from return location changes are paid per admin/driver agreement.
  • Return handover must be with Sky White staff or driver. Do not leave keys/vehicle without a joint inspection.
  • Renter is responsible for damage during the rental (stains, scratches, seats, etc.) unless strong proof it existed before pickup and was recorded at handover.
