Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms before placing a car rental service order.

1. Scope of Service

Sky White Rent Car provides daily, weekly, and monthly car rental services for the Greater Jakarta area, with options for chauffeur-driven or self-drive rental subject to verification requirements.

2. Renter Requirements

  • Renters must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information.
  • For self-drive, renters must possess a valid ID and driver's license.
  • The company reserves the right to decline bookings if verification does not meet security standards.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings are considered valid after confirmation from admin.
  • A down payment may be required to secure the vehicle schedule.
  • Full payment follows the agreement on the invoice or booking confirmation.

4. Vehicle Usage

  • Vehicles may only be used for legal purposes and must not violate the law.
  • Transferring vehicle use to another party without written consent is prohibited.
  • Using vehicles for racing, extreme off-road, or high-risk activities is prohibited.

5. Duration, Late Returns, and Extensions

  • Rental duration follows the agreed package (e.g. 12 hours or 24 hours).
  • Late returns may incur overtime charges as per the rate schedule.
  • Extension requests must be made before the rental period ends and are subject to availability.

6. Fuel, Tolls, Parking, and Fines

Unless stated in an all-in package, fuel, toll, parking, and traffic fines during the rental period are the renter's responsibility.

7. Damage, Loss, and Insurance

  • Each unit is covered by basic insurance as per the applicable policy.
  • Renters are responsible for damage caused by negligence, misuse, or violation of terms.
  • Loss of vehicle accessories will be charged at replacement value.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations by the renter follow the refund policy communicated at the time of booking.
  • Last-minute cancellations may incur administrative fees or deductions.
  • If cancellation is from our side, reschedule or refund options will be provided as applicable.

9. Force Majeure

The company is not responsible for delays or service failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, transportation disruptions, government policies, and other force majeure events.

10. Changes to Terms

Sky White Rent Car may update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will be displayed on this page and is effective from the date of publication.
